Fali dhokli (Rajasthani)

Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients of dhokli/roti.

Add water step by step and make a light hard dough of this.

Let it rest for 15-20 minutes

Make it oily by adding ghee.

Make cylindrical shape of dough.
Cut it very small. - 6
Make like peda with help of your hands.
Make a hole in every small small circle
Dhokli is ready to go in Pan - 7
Take a big pan
Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds in hot oil. Add lahsun, ginger.
Saute it for 1 min till golden brown then add all veggies. Then add all dry masala - 8
Saute well.
Add 1/2 litre of water
Let water boil
Then add dhokli
Cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes
Till it gets thick. - 9
Check it by touching dhokli then your fali dhokli is ready
Serve hot with roti, ghee
Garnish up by some coriander - 10
