In a bowl mixed wheat flour, salt, one tbsp oil and add water little by little and knead smooth soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 5 mins.

To make stuffing, first roast besan on medium flame for 2 min. When it cool add Red Chili powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala, salt, sugar, Hing, 2 tbsp oil and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix well. It become like dough.

Take one of the dough ball and roll it into circle. Place stuffing in the centre. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges.

Flattened the dough ball using your hand. Now using rolling pin, roll dough into circle to apply equal pressure. Transfer rolled roti onto hot tawa. Cook the side for a minute and then flip over. Apply oil on the half cook roti and flip it. Now apply oil on other side. Press Roti with a spatula till both sides have golden brown.

Serve hot stuffed Masala Besan Roti with curd or souce.
