  • 1 poundsausage
  • 4eggs
  • 1onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • Thyme
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Béchamel sauce

  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes and sauté the onion with the sausage.

  2. 2

    Take an oven-safe dish and grease it well with butter.

  3. 3

    Place the potatoes first, then the onion and sausage, and pour the eggs over them.

  4. 4

    Spread the béchamel sauce over the ingredients, then top with cheese and thyme.
