  3. 1 tspwhole black pepper
  4. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 cupwalnuts
  7. 2medium potatoes
  8. 3 tspLemon juice
  9. as neededOil for frying

    Dry roast masala for 1 min

    After the roasted masala gets cool grind and make fine powder.

    Peel 2 potatoes and cut into slices.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add the potatoes sclies,fry till it gets golden brown.

    Add roasted masala and mix well.
