  1. 1 cupBlueberries or any kind of berries available
  2. 1 glassmilk

  1. 1

    Wash the berries throughly and add it to grinder with water and milk and tada it is ready!

    You can add ice cubes as well if you like and can garnish it on top with cream if available or nuts or chia seeds but I like to have it plain.
