In a mixer add pepper, cumin, fennel and grind it coarsely. In a pan add oil,1/4tsp mustard, ginger, garlic, onion and saute till the onion comes to golden brown in colour.

Now add mushroom, grinded pepper powder, required salt, water. Close the pan with a lid.
In a kadai add ghee, 1/4tsp mustard, green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves. After raw smell goes add the grinded seasoning in the curry. - 3
Now our tasty MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY is ready to taste.
