Heat ghee and roast makhana..Allow it to cool on room temp. Boil milk and reduce 1/2part. Wash and chopp beetle leaf.

Now crush makhana and take in a flat pan. Mix milk powder.Add boiled milk and add condensed milk and crushed betle leaf.stir continues on slow flame.add 2-3drops of green food colour.Till merged all ingredients. Turn off flame. Let it cool on room temp.keep in a fridge 4-5hrs.

Delicious Makhana Betleleaf Basundi is ready to Serve. Serve chilled.Garnish with pistachio and roasted makhana.
