  1. 500 grmsspareribs
  2. 2 tbspLight soy sauce
  3. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  4. 1small rock sugar
  5. Halfcup cooking wine
  6. Slicesgarlic and ginger
  7. 1Radish cut in cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan and add oil.Put in ginger and garlic slices stir fry until fragrant then add in ribs.Cook it until ribs are golden brown.Then transfer in a pot.Put radish and the light and dark sauce,sugar and water.Mix it then cover and simmer for 35 mins
