Mix suji and buttermilk in a bowl.

Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Add all mentioned Vegetables and mix it well.

Add salt to taste and ginger garlic paste.add palak puree and mix.

Pour the batter in silicon molds. Pour some oil on top of it.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180° C.

Garnish with mayonnaise.
