This Easy Homemade Jam recipe is so simple and easy; and needs very little of your attention. kids love to enjoy it with bread , Toast or even with roti. Typically the store bought fruit jam contains high sugar and Preservatives . But the best part of homemade jam is contain no Preservatives . Only three ingredients needed. My black grapes is very sweet so that I add on some green Grapes to get that sweet and tangy taste of jam . Sugar quantity is depend on the sweetness of grapes.

Firstly wash both grapes well. And allow it to be dry completely. Make sure there is no water is left.

Place both grapes in grinding jar. Coarsley grind it.

Now add the grape mixture into a big pot along with sugar and let it cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved completely. Now keep the flame on low.

Keep on cooking, simmer and stir often and to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pot. Cook until the mixture has the consistency of a thick sauce. Now add lemon juice and give it a good mix. Turn off the flame.
Allow it to be cool completely.
Store it in a airtight container. And keep it in refrigerator for six months. Make sure use clean spoon everytime. - 5
You can enjoy this jam with bread, toast, roti or in many dessert.
