Juwar roti are very difficult to make traditionally but this recipe allows you to make it with ease. Enjoy healthy roti.

In a pan on medium heat add water, oil, turmeric, chilli powder, mango powder and salt.
Bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to low and add flour. Do not mix at this stage. Cover and let it cook for a minute. - 2
Remove the cover and mix well. Turn off the gas and transfer the dough on a mat or wide bottom tray. Let it cool.
Knead while its warm.
Divide mixture in equal size balls. - 3
Heat tawa on medium heat. Roll sorghum roti and transfer on the tawa. Flip after 30 seconds. Let it cook on other side and flip again after 30 seconds. Press it lightly with a roti press and the roti will puff up. Once cooked on both sides remove and brush some butter and serve hot with your favourite curry or yogurt. Enjoy !!
Use the same method for bajra (pearl millet) roti as well. - 4
