Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpuffed rice/kurmura
  2. 1small boiled potato
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 tspblack salt
  7. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  8. 2 tbspchana
  9. 2 tbsppeanuts
  10. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1 tbspRajkot green chutney
  12. 3-4pooris to break

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potato, chopped onion and tomatoes.

    Now add black salt, chaat masala & lemon juice.

    Next add Rajkot chutney, chana & peanuts and mix everything well.

    Now add puffed rice/kurmura and break some pooris over it, add coriander mix everything well and serve immediately.
