Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 1 & 1/2 cup wheat & Bajra flour mix
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 2green chillies ,finely chopped
  6. 1 tspamchur powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  9. 1/4 th cup chopped Coriander leaves
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1/2 tspblack salt
  12. 2 tspghee
  13. 1/2 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  14. 4-5 tbspghee to roast the roti

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big plate take whole wheat & Bajra flour mix, and grate boiled potatoes in it.

    Now add finely chopped green chillies & coriander to it.Also add ginger & garlic paste.

    Now add salt, black salt, and ajwain and amchur powder.

    Next add red chilli powder and dhania jeera powder and ghee and mix everything well into a dough. Do not add water, the moisture from potatoes should be enough to knead the dough.

    Knead everything nicely to form a dough and then rest it for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile heat the tawa.

    Roast the roti on hot tawa apply ghee and roast till nicely done. Serve with curd/achar.
