Ingredients

8 Sausages
  1. 500 gPork Mince
  2. 1/2Onion *very finely chopped
  3. 1 cloveGarlic *finely chopped OR grated
  4. 1Egg
  5. 3/4 teaspoonSalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground Black Pepper
  7. 1 teaspoonHerb of your choice *e.g. Fennel Seeds, Thyme, Sage, Oregano, Basil, etc
  8. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped Parsley
  9. 1/2 cup‘Panko’ Breadcrumbs
  10. Oil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well until the texture is like a paste. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a sausage.

  2. 2

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat, lightly oil, and cook the sausages until nicely browned and cooked though.
