Melt butter in a microwave or use double boiler method by boiling water in a saucepan and placing a vessel with butter in it. Heat 1/4 th cup water and sugar in a wok and boil till one string consistency.Seive cocoa powder,milk powder and toss well.Gradually add this mixture to the melted butter.Add the sugar syrup,vanilla essence and blend well.

Make a smooth thick batter.Take a silicon mould or a greased ice tray.Spoon this batter in each groove,filling it halfway.Add chopped nuts and cover with remaining batter.Smooth the surface with a spoon and place the mould in the freezer for 15 minutes.It will be properly set.Demould and enjoy homemade nutty chocolate anytime of the day.
