I modified a recipe that was from my grandmother dating back to the 1940's.

Ingredients

30 minutes
6 - 10 people
  1. 2 boxeslarge elbow macaroni
  2. 2 CansEvaporated Milk
  3. 2 cupsheavy cream
  4. 16 ozmozzarella cheese
  5. 1 blocksharp cheddar velveeta cheese
  6. Goat cheese
  7. 1diced onion
  8. 3/4 cupchopped bacon

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Boil noodles according to the directions

  2. 2

    In large pot saute the onions.

  3. 3

    Add cream to pot (turning down the temp)

  4. 4

    Add cheeses and bacon to the pot and blend until smooth.
    If cheese blend is not thin enough add cream.

  5. 5

    Add noodles to the cheese blend and mix until noodles are covered evenly.

    Now put into pans and cover with foil.

  7. 7

    Bake on 375 until hot, about 30 minutes.

    Optional:
    Remove foil and bake until top is light brown.
