Blueberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream

I love homemade ice cream, especially when it's made with cream cheese. I made this easily with ingredients I love.
We use mildly sweetened jam. The sugar content will vary depending on the jam you use, so make sure you taste it. You don't have to drain the yoghurt, but it will give a richer finish if you do. Recipe by Wanko mama

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. If you are in a hurry, microwave it (30 seconds).

When it is soft, mix well with the jam.

Add heavy cream (you don't need to whip it) and yoghurt, and taste it. If it isn't sweet enough, add honey.

Freeze it for around 3 hours, and it's done. You don't need to mix it while it's freezing!
