Ultra-Rich Tofu Brownies with 1/3 the Calories!

I wanted to eat rich brownies!!! But the calories... so I tried making them with tofu, and the result was amazingly dense and rich brownies!

If you increase the cocoa powder to 40 to 50 g, it will become even richer. If using a square baking tin, the brownies will be done in about 20 to 30 minutes. Cover with aluminium foil and leave to rest for a day, and the brownies will become moist and rich, and really delicious. For loaf pan: 18 x 8 x 6 cm [7 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 in]. Recipe by Kokochi

Note: I made it even healthier by using Lakanto artificial sweetener. (It subtracted about 187 kcal.) Give it a try!

I made it again at the request of my mother. I added Cointreau and walnuts to make it more fragrant.
