Keep the green gram clean

Make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger chilli and make tomato paste as well

Clean and cut potatoes into desired shapes and keep them clean

Heat oil in a frying pan, then add cumin seeds and fry them, then add onion paste and cook well after that, add tomato paste and all the spices and cook it well.

When all the spices are cooked, then add gram and potatoes, mix well and add salt, add water as needed and just cover it for cooking.

When cooked, garnish with green coriander and serve it with roti paratha.
