Mud pot Veg biriyani

Initially soak the basmathi rice for 20 minutes..

And start preparing cutting the vegetables...

Keep the mud pot in the stove..add oil into that and add the whole garam masalas..cloves, cinnamon,elaichi and bay leaf

Add onion slices into that and make saute till it turns golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes and add tomato saute it till it get mashes and put vegetables and saute when half cook done of vegetables..add chili powder and coriander powder and turmeric powder

Mix altogether and add soaked rice filtered without water..and add the proportional water as I mentioned like 1:2 ratio....make it boil together rice, masalas and vegetables..add required salt..let the water and rice mingle each other..the water will be absorbed by rice...in that stage close the lid of the mud pot...make a flame low for five minutes and put off the stove and keep the weight upon the lid of the pot for 10 to 15 minutes...

Finally you can serve with onion raitha..

I prepared it in the Fire wood Rocket stove..its very economic and healthy too..Try it and enjoy
