100 gmsamul cream
100 gmsdark chocolate
50 gmswhipped
For Vanilla ice cream
100 gmswhipped cream
100 gmsamul cream
50 gmscondensed milk
2 tbspvanilla essence
For Red velvet ice cream
125 gmsvanilla ice cream
100 gmsstrawberry puree
2-4 dropsmagic red colour

Warm the cream then mix the chocolate and mix properly. Lastly add whipped cream onit. Chocolate mousse is ready to serve

Vanilla ice cream
First whip the cream till peak consistency then add all the ingredients together.

Redvelvet strawberry ice cream
Grind the strawberry. Then add sugar and vanilla ice cream in strawberry puree again grind it.
Lastly add the red colour and mix it.
Transfer into bowl and add chopped strawberry

Assembly
Bottom layer chocolate mousse
Mid layer vanilla ice cream
Top layer red velvet strawberry ice cream.
Garnish with strawberry and Blueberry.
