Kaanji vada is a traditional holi drink in North India . It is a fermented drink which is beneficial for digestion.
Steps

First, keep all spices ready. Take water in a vessel & mix all spices as mentioned. Now pour it in a glass jar, close it tightly & keep in a warm place.

For vadas: First, wash both daals well & soak it for about 6 hours. Now grind it in a smooth paste.

Add spices as mentioned. Heat oil in a pan & fry vadas till golden brown. Add these vadas to kanji water. Stir occasionally. In 3 - 4 days kanji vadas get ready.
