Rinse the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the pork ribs, cilantro, and shallots. Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.

Once the pork is tender, add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.

When it comes back to a boil, add the mushrooms and chili powder. Season with fish sauce.

Turn off the heat, stir in the lemon juice, and sprinkle with Thai basil before serving.
