2 CupSemolina/Suji
2 CupCurd
as per tasteSalt
1 1/2 cup Crushed Carrot
as requiredEno fruit Salt

Take a Big Bowl add 2 Cup Semolina 2 Cup Curd,Salt as per taste mix well and rest for 15 to 20 mins.

Afterwards add 1 and half Cup Crushed Carrot add water if required and make a smooth better.

Now heat idli Stand, Add the idli better into greased idli mould, cover the lid and cook the idli for 10 to 12 min.

Serve hot Carrot idli with Sambhar or Chutney and Enjoy
