Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic an saute until golden brown. Add dried shrimp saute till fragrant.

Add curry leaves followed by chilli and tomato. Once tomato get mushy add Ridge Gourd. Cook for 3 mins.

Add turmeric, salt and water. Cook further 3 mins in medium flame.

Add coconut milk and turn off the stove. Cover & rest 2 mins. Ready to serve.
