Place the paper liner in cup cake tin place the biscuit in the bottom and place the strawberry on th biscuit

Mix the egg flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a large mixing bowl till it becomes thick batter

Pour the batter in piping bag pipe them in the prepared cupcake pan

Bake for 180 ‘ 20 min in pre heated oven

For frosting in a separate bowl mix the sugar and butter till it becomes cream (use your hand mixer)
Add the ice cream blend the well till the butter creams

Once the cupcake are cool pipe the frosting on top and enjoy
