Ingredients

  • Green bananas
  • Salt
  • Curry powder
  • Turmeric
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your bananas and place them on salty water to avoid discoloration

  2. 2

    Slice them in two pieces

  3. 3

    Wash till clean

  4. 4

    Add salt, turmeric and Curry powder and let it rest for 20minutes

  5. 5

    Deep fry on hot oil

  6. 6

    Serve
