Heat a kadhai add 3tsp mustard oil then add 1tsp cumin seed,hing

Add finely chopped garlic and green Chilli saute it well

Then add chopped potatoes and sem (broadbeans),salt as per taste close the lid and cook for 10min

After that open the lid sprinkle some amchoor powder saute it again cook for more 5min its ready
