Pour the shredded chicken in a bowl. Add seasoning, red chilli powder and flakes, garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic, cumin, salt to taste, lemon juice and milk. Mix well. Cover and marinate for 20mins.

Pour the oil in a pan. Add in the marinated chicken and stir. Cover and cook for 10mins. Turn off the flame and aside.

Pour the salad mixture in a bowl (carrot, cabbage, onion, tomato,pinch of salt and lemon juice) and mix well.

Mix ketchup and mayonnaise to make a paste. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.

Take one shawarma bread, spread the mayo ketchup paste on it. Put the toppings (salad and cooked chicken), and roll it. Repeat this process for the remaining breads.

Serve or heat up both sides in a pan before serving
