Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add sugar in curd. Mix it well.

Add oil. Mix it well. Add flour in batches. Grease the glass baking pan.

Pour the better and bake it in preheated oven on 180° for 25 minutes. Let it cool. Do not demould it.

Prick it with fork. Add milk, thickened milk, condensed milk and rose syrup. Stir it well. Pour milk on the cake. Keep it for minimum 8 hours.

After 8 hours, whip the cream. By this time, cake will be soaked in milk. Spread the whipped cream on the top of the cake. Keep it again in the fridge for 2 hours. Once it is set, sprinkle with some rose syrup and chopped pistachio.

Cut it into equal squares. Pour the rose milk, if it is there otherwise add rose syrup in the milk and pour it on the cake before serving.
