Steps

Remove the peel for pumpkin and cut in to small pieces.

Take a pan add pumpkin pieces cook on a medium flame.for 20 minutes to cover the lid.

Switch off the flame crushed the pumpkin for a smooth paste.

Take a pan addoil,mustard,ghee.
- 5
Add onions,green chilies mix well.
- 6
Add pumpkin paste cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add sugar mix well cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame.

Add cardamom powder mix it well.
- 8
Switch off the flame.yummy yummy tasty pumpkin halwa ready.
