Spicy Potato chilli momos

Add salt and turmeric in maida and knead tight dough using water

Take chopped potatoes in a bowl add salt, 2 tablespoon maida and 1tablespoon cornflour. Mix together.

Take oil in a pan. Add the flour coated potatoes and shallow fry till nice and crisp.

Once potatoes are cooked,add garlic, carrots, cabbage,or other veggies of your choice.

Add salt, soya sauce and schezwan sauce. Mix and keep aside to cool.

Take the dough and make small balls. Roll medium thick puris and place the stuffing on the puris. Close the edges.

Keep a steamer ready and place the momos in the steamer. Steam for 15-20mins. I have placed lettuce leaves below the momos inorder to prevent the momos from sticking on the plate.

Enjoy hot with schezwan chutney.
