Heat the oil and add white Cumin, green chilli then after 1 minutes add all dry spices without dry fenugreek leaves mix it well for 3-4 minutes on low flame,

Then add dry fenugreek leaves and half cup water then mix or leave on Steam for 2 minutes,

Now add black chickpeas in masala then mix it well and leave on steam for 2 minutes,

Cut potato in slice and add orange food colour and leave it for boil,
After the boil,
Add boil potatoes in black chickpeas,and cook it for 2-3 minutes, - 5
Now again after mixing, leave it for Steam just 2-3 minutes then put out the chickpeas,

Now cut Tomatoes, onion, Fresh Coriander leave, and green chillies,

Finally Kala Chana Chaat is ready to eat,
Serve with Papri,
