1/2 cup grated beetroot
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cupMint leaves
to taste salt and red chilli powder
Pinchturmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya jeera( corinader cumin) powder
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
As neededwater

Grated beetroot in the sooji.

Then add curd to it.

Add all the spices according to taste.

Add tha paste to the pan and allon to cook on the low heat.

Now it turned and cooked.
