Steps

Fry the finely diced onion in a saucepan with the butter/olive oil.

Peel and chop the tomatoes and cook them in the saucepan.

Fry the rice in olive oil in a separate saucepan.
- 4
Add the rice to the tomato and onion mixture, pour in 300 ml of boiling water. Cook on low heat.

When the rice absorbs the water add the vegetable broth with another 300 ml of boiling water.
- 6
When the water is absorbed mix in the basil.
- 7
Grate some feta cheese on top when serving. (Optional)
