In a large bowl take sugar n oil. Mix well.

Add curd. Beat till it gets smooth texture.

Add essence. Mix it.

Now sieve all dry ingredients thrice.

Gradually add in wet mixture n make smooth batter by adding milk.

Now preheat oven at 180°c for 10 mins.

Now pour batter in greased n dusted cake tin.

Tap twice or thrice.

Bake it for 30 - 35 mins.

Take out and pour sugar syrup all over.

Let it rest for 1/2 hr.

Spread ganache on it.
Decorate with chocochips n sprinklers. - 13
