I created this recipe when I was trying to come up with an easy dish for things like bentos and drinking snacks.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 10Shrimp
  2. 1Katakuriko
  3. 1Panko
  4. The sauce:
  5. 30 mlMayonnaise
  6. 20 mlKetchup
  7. 1Basil
  8. 1Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    De-vein the shrimp. Dust with katakuriko, massage lightly, then wash off in water. Pat dry the shrimp with paper towels, then dust again with katakuriko.

    Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, basil and pepper together. Add the shrimps into the mixture and coat them well.

  3. 3

    Lay down the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cover them all with panko. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes, and they're done.
