  1. 6-7suji Idli
  2. 1 SpoonOil
  3. 2Onion chopped
  4. 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  5. 2Green chili long chopped
  6. 8-9Curry leaves
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  9. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  10. 1 Teaspoonchat masala

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take Leftover idli in plate. Cut into four peices.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add musturd seeds.Crackel it.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion curryleaves & green chili. Fry all.

  4. 4

    Add idli pieces. Add all spices. Mix properly & Cook for 5 minutes.

    Serve hot fried idli with tomato sause.
