Clean the fish, marinate it with salt and turmeric for 10 mins.

Deep fry the fish.

Remove bone from the fish and scrumble the flesh a bit. Rest aside.

Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan. Add chilli & curry leaves followed by onion. Saute well.

Then add ginger and garlic. Saute further 2 mins.

Add the scrambledfish. Mix well. Then add lime juice. Cook until the lime juice completely dry out. Taste and add salt if required.

You may add a pinch of turmeric to enhance the colour. You can try this recipe with any tuna fish.
