Prepare the dough as you do for chappati.

Meanwhile pressure cook the mutton pieces with 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, 2 tsps pepper powder and required salt with little water. Cook till the mutton pieces are 3/4th cooked. If excess water is there, cook till the water evaporates. If the pieces are big in size, pulse it to get the minced meat.

To the mined meat, add finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Prepare the momos and steam it in the idli cooker.

Kheema momos aur ready!!!Serve it with sweet chilli sauce.
