Ingredients

  • 1 kgFish
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspred chili powder
  • 1 tspchili flakes
  • To taste salt
  • Oil
  • For coating
  • Wheat flour
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder

  1. 1

    Add all spices in vinegar mix it and pour it on fish. Marinate it for 1 to 2 hour.

    Now heat oil in a pan. Prepare coating. Add all ingredients mention above and mix well.

    Coat each piece thoroughly and deep fry in hot oil.
