Steps

Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into large pieces.

In a bowl, add the chicken pieces and spices to taste, mix, cover, and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Chop 3 onions into small pieces and prepare a clove of garlic. In a pan, heat a little olive oil with the garlic clove, let the oil absorb the garlic's aroma, then add the chopped onions.

When the onions are translucent, add the marinated chicken pieces and a large glass of water, mix everything, and cook until the chicken is tender.

When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool, then chop it into small pieces with a knife.

Let the onions in the pan reduce until there is no more cooking juice. In a bowl, add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and beat.

Add the beaten eggs to the reduced onions and mix well to cook.

Add the coarsely chopped chicken to the cooked eggs and mix.

This step is optional. If you do not wish to add mozzarella or Swiss cheese, mix. Add the washed and chopped parsley, mix, and the filling is ready.
