Spicy Seafood Spaghetti

Steps

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add red clam sauce and whole tomatoes. Break up tomatoes with a spoon.

Season with creole seasoning and lemon pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add clams and mussels. Cover and steam until shells open.
- 6
Toss in cooked spaghetti and chopped parsley. Mix well and serve.
Tips
Adding the clam sauce and whole tomatoes first allows the flavors to meld beautifully before adding the seafood.
