On medium heat in a frying pan add beef, diced onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.

Cook until no more pink.

Take the wine and mix corn flour till no lumps, Add to the meat and add the raisins. Cook about 1 minute. Turn off and add to a baking dish of choice.

For the chicken - cut into thin slices and place in a frying pan. Drizzle with the oil add all seasonings and mix it all together.

Fry chicken on medium heat until browned and turn off.

Spread the chicken over top of the meat mixture and add the eggs and the chopped olives and cover with a lid. In a blender add the corn, basil, salt, sugar and yogurt. I did half the corn in a blender and kept the rest of the kernels whole. Feel free to blend all of the corn.

Fry in a pan the onions and garlic for about a minute on medium heat. Add the corn mixture to the frying pan and when the mixture is hot add the corn meal and stir till thickened. Turn off heat. Preheat oven to 450f. Melt butter and add paprika.

Spread the corn mixture evenly onto the chicken mixture and brush the top with the butter and paprika. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle a little bit of sugar to the top and put it uncovered under the broiler in the oven about 5 minutes, or lightly browned.

Take out and let rest 5-8 minutes. Enjoy this amazing delicious dish with your loved ones ❤️
