Aloo ke Lacchedhar pakore

Firstly peeled off all the potatoes and grate them all.

Then,in it add corn starch and besan.

After that add, in it salt to taste and turmeric powder.

Now mix them all with hand add 2 tsp of water so that it get mixed properly. Don't make it too runny.

Now deep fried them by giving random shape with the hand.

Crispy Aloo ke lacchedhar pakore is ready to serve hot.
