Ingredients

  1. 400 gorzo pasta
  2. Boiled water
  3. 2 Tbsbutter
  4. Salt for taste
  5. 1small cube or meat stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a pot under low heat and pour the orzo and the meat stock before the butter melts completely

  2. 2

    Crush the meat stock with the spatula along with the orzo and keep stirring until the orzo is red/golden then add the already boiled water immediately to cover the orzo

  3. 3

    Leave it under the heat for 6 minutes then turn the stove off and keep it away from the heat for 5-10 minutes

  4. 4

    Turn on the stove again over medium low heat and put the pot again to boil. Then turn off the heat.
