Arrange all ingredients mentioned above.

In a pan add milk and let it boil.

Once it starts boiling, add in sugar and milk powder.

Mix it well and make sure there are no lumps.

In a bowl take some milk and add in cornflour and make a slurry.

Add this slurry in the boiling milk and keep stirring.

Keep stirring it well. And as soon as it becomes its half or it becomes thick, your milk is ready.
Let it cool for some time. - 8
Then take some paper cups and add the prepared milk mixture.

Set the aluminium foil on top and cover it. And make a hole on top of aluminum sheet and insert ice cream sticks.

Let it set in freezer for around 8-10 hours. Now your kulfi is ready.
Tear the paper cups and remove the milk kulfi from paper cups and de mould them.
Your milk kulfi is ready to be served.
