  • Salt to taste
  • Half teaspoon Red chili powder
  • Half teaspoon zeera
  • Half teaspoon ajwain
  • Water to use
  • Palak ke medium size ke paty

    In a bowl add baisan and mix well with all ingredients and set aside for at least 15 min

    Wash the palak and set aside

    Dip palak and fry it for 2 min and set aside
