Remove the peels from the plantains and slice each across to 1.5 inches

Rinse in warm water and place on your non-stick pan and cover

Add in the salt and coconut flakes. Stir to mix evenly then finally add the olive oil

Cook till golden brown on each side.sprinkle some flow salt on it.
Allow time to cool or serve hot. - 5
Enjoy with a cup of hot chocolate/ milk
