Steps

Add oil to a pan and add whole garam masala

Add purées onions and sauté till raw smell goes off

Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and sauté till raw smell goes off

Add tomato purée and tomato ketchup and cook for few minutes
- 5
Add rock salt, chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well
- 6
Add chopped capsicums and paneer and mix well. Add water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium low flame
- 7
Add lime juice, coriander leaves and methi leaves and turn off flame. Serve with roti, chapathi and naans!
